I - Booking
Booking will only be confirmed after receipt of the booking form and a deposit of 30% of the full value of the stay.

II - Payment
The balance of the amount must be paid in full to l’Évasion, in accordance with the pro-forma invoice received, no later than 30 DAYS before the arrival date, except for special booking conditions detailed in clause 4.

All holidays not paid in full thirty days before the arrival date will be considered as cancelled.
Accordingly, the deposit will be retained and the rental re-offered for sale.

The rental price does not include,
* heating (supplement applies) depending upon chalet type,
* local tourist tax (supplement applies),
* the supplement which the service provider has the right to demand in the case of modifications to elements essential to the contract (exceeding the accommodation capacity or the presence of animals which are not accepted),
* administration fees: 10€ and hygiene / cleaning service: 30 €,
* animals (supplement applies)
* the supplement which the service provider has the right to demand in the case of modifications to elements essential to the contract (exceeding the accommodation capacity or the presence of animals which are not accepted),
* day visitors.
In all cases the client must settle in full the day before his departure all charges, taxes and debts not included in the price of the rental.

III - Rental deposit
A rental deposit 300 € will be lodged on arrival either in the form of a signed cheque payable to the service provider, or in exceptional circumstances in the form of cash for which a receipt will be provided. This deposit is only provided as security; it cannot be cashed during the rental period. It must be returned to the client by post FIFTEEN DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE, to cover costs or damage. If there is found to be damage, the service provider will cash the deposit, return the accommodation to its correct condition and settle with the client with the production of justification of expenditure.

IV - Late Booking
In the event of a booking made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount will be requested from the client.

V - Séjour
Accommodation is normally rented per week, from SATURDAY 16.00hrs to SATURDAY 10.00hrs ; the weekend out of season. An inventory is posted in the chalet on arrival for you to verify. All anomalies must be advised in writing. On your departure, a verification will be made by the service provider. The accommodation must be kept in good condition and handed back as clean as when you arrived. Cleaning is your responsibility, unless you have taken out the fixed-price cleaning option at 40€ paid for in advance.

A fixed charge of 30€ will be requested in the event that the keys are not returned at the time of departure.

VI - Arrival
The client must arrive at the campsite on the specified day between 16.00hrs and 19.00hrs. In the event of a last minute problem or possible late arrival, he must advise l’Évasion on 05 65 30 80 09.

The client may use the campsite facilities for the whole day on the date of departure, but must vacate the accommodation by 10.00hrs at the latest.

VII - Cancellation
The cancellation of holiday or service must be notified to l’Évasion by registered letter or telegram. Our cancellation conditions will apply, in the event of a serious illness; hospitalisation (of one of the persons included in the holiday); a death in the family. A refund will only be made after receipt of appropriate justification such as a certificate or Act.

Refund Conditions:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 100% minus 80€ administration fee.
- Cancellation between the 30th day and the 15th day before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation between the 15th day and 2nd day before the arrival date: 25% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation because of a no-show., there will be no refund.
- Should the client cut short his holiday, there will be no refund.

It is recommended that the client takes out insurance against cancellation.
- The insurance premium must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- In the event of a claim, you must notify the company within 5 days following the incident.

- The insurance against cancellation and interruption of the holiday reimburses all of the sums paid before the arrival date and the pro rata amount of the unused holiday in the event of an early departure.
- No refunds will be made if the cancellation insurance is not taken out.

VIII - Modifications
The booking is made for an exact number of persons. In the event that the number of persons exceeds this number l’Évasion reserves the right to cancel or modify the contract.

IX - Insurance
The Client must provide proof that his comprehensive home insurance, up to date with payments, includes a clause for voyages – holidays, covering fire, water damage and breakages for which he may be responsible. In the event that this is not the case, the client may request an addition to his contract from his insurer or a special insurance for the length of his stay.

X - Litiges
All disputes resulting from the application of these specific sale conditions will be resolved exclusively by the Lot Tribunal de Commerce.
L’Évasion has taken out insurance which covers professional indemnity.

XI - Cancellation by l’Évasion
l’Évasion reserves the right to cancel the contract when the stay is impossible, due to force majeure, strikes, political uprisings, epidemics, union problems or laws or regulations imposed by the government, including the failure of a 3rd party to provide a service. In the case that a failure to provide a service is the responsibility of l’Évasion, the last-mentioned reserves the right to provide by way of compensation a service of an equivalent value. In this event, all claims will be proscribed.

These small rules are not designed to worry or annoy you, but are simply to make everyone’s life easier.
